Our experienced chefs provide modern Australian cuisine using fresh produce prepared on premise.

Many options are available for your consideration, or discuss with our function co-ordinator your individual ideas for your function.

Sample entrees

  • Wild mushroom and parmesan tartlet with rocket, crispy proscuitto and truffle oil
  • Moroccan spiced roast chicken, cumin roasted carrots, orange and coriander salad, and a tapenade drizzle

Sample main courses

  • Roasted lamb rump with middle Eastern spices, roasted zucchini, capsicum and cherry tomatoes served with a potato and black olive mash and a tomato jus
  • Eye fillet of beef, thyme potato roesti with caramelized shallots, crispy beetroot, greens and a classic red wine jus

Sample dessert

  • Individual raspberry, blueberry and strawberry pavlova with double cream
  • Turkish delight panacotta served with rose water syrup, Persian fairy floss and a strawberry and pistachio salad
